Warranty Policy

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or warranty card) is required to claim warranty service.
  • Products must be used according to the provided user manual and instructions.

  • Submit a warranty request via our website, hotline, or authorized service center.
  • Our team will assess the product to confirm eligibility under warranty.
  • Depending on the assessment, the product will be Repaired, Replaced or Refunded in accordance with company policy.
